While contacting us via our contact form or via the form on our booking administration panel “My booking”, we collect your name, email, phone number, ip address at the time of the form submission, your web browser information and all the rental information entered while tried to get a quote via online booking engine (if any).
For using our “SAVE QUOTE” or “REQUEST GROUP” feature forms within our booking engine:
We collect your full name, email, date of birth and all the rental information entered while tried to get a quote via online booking engine.
For using our “REVIEW” form:
We collect your full name, address, your review text and 0-5 rating on various categories (like employee and car evaluation), dates and locations that your rental took place. We reserve the right to publish the review on our website.
For using our “ARE YOU A REPEATING CLIENT” form:
We collect your email and the dates of your previous rental with our company.
For placing a booking via our website:
We collect your full name, email, phone number, home address, city, country, date of birth, number of people of your party, arriving details (like flight number, boat arriving name or the hotel name you want the car delivered), arriving time of arrival and arriving from city, ip address at the time of the form submission, your web-browser browser information and all the rental information entered while tried to get a quote via online booking engine.
For our online check-in “EXPRESS DELIVERY” form:
We collect the primary driver’s following information: full name, email, father’s name, mother’s name, place of birth, date of birth, home phone, mobile phone, primary accommodation place in Crete, home address, city country, ip address at the time of the form submission, your web-browser browser information.
For all registered drivers, we also collect the following data: driving license number, driving license issued country, driving license’s issued and expiring date, id card or passport number, id card or passport issued date and country.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff. However for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

If at any point you believe the information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
