Rental & Booking Terms

Please read carefully the rental conditions before rental start

Driver’s age
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 23 years.
Driving License
International or national, valid for at least one year. Driving licence has to be written in Latin letters.
Traffic fines
All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are at the renter’s payment. Please drive slowly, because there are a lot of speed controls.
Gasoline
Gasoline consumption is paid by the renter. Please return the car with the same fuel level as it was by rental start.
Taxes
All prices include VAT 24%.
Insurance
1. Haftpflichtversicherung: All Kourites cars are insured against damages to other persons (who are not passengers in the Kourites cars) or material damages to objects (who are not carried in the Kourites cars)
2. Vollkaskoversicherung (C.D.W.): Diese Versicherung ersetzt Schäden an Kourites-Fahrzeugen. VORSICHT: Nicht kompensieren, wenn der Schaden oder der Unfall unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol oder Drogen entstanden ist. Das Auto darf nur von Personen gefahren werden, die im Autovertrag aufgeführt sind. Der Kunde haftet für Schäden an unbefestigten Straßen. Die Versicherung entschädigt nicht für grobe Fahrlässigkeit.
3. Diebstahlversicherung: Diese Versicherung deckt den Diebstahl eines Kourites-Autos ab (keine Dinge im Auto).

Shipping of cars
It is allowed only when authorized in writing by Kourites company.
Availability
Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

Note: In any case of damage or accident the renter has to call immediately the Kourites office.
